We charge a one-time registration fee of $50 and refundable deposit of $100 upon signup. ​ We believe that lessons at UNBOXED are effective, but may not be the perfect solution for all students. If you ever feel that it does not suit your child’s learning needs, kindly inform us at least one month in advance as you seek alternative options.

We believe wholeheartedly in the effectiveness of our small-group teaching (capped at 8 students per class) in progressing your child. We do not provide 1-to-1 tuition but often provide 1-to-1 consultations to our students FREE-OF-CHARGE especially nearing examination periods, subject to tutor’s availability. Students can also arrange to see teachers before and after lessons to clarify questions they have.

Yes. Students unable to attend lessons for ANY reason will be allowed to attend a make-up lesson during the same week. However, this is not encouraged as it will affect his/her learning progress.

Yes we do, however free trials are only available for existing weekday classes. Simply fill in this form and we will get in touch with you shortly to arrange the trial class.
